A professional musician for over 30 years most notably as the bassist for BAD COMPANY in the early 90’s, Paul has put down his bass to concentrate blending his passions for nylon string guitar, cooking, and Italian wine.

Paul’s Kitchen in Lewes has a lovely Italian Market and Epicurean Education center with hands on cooking classes, wine education, Chef inspired dinners and the best in Italian products for sale.
