The Angola by the Bay Sea Gals, formally the ABTB Women's Group, awarded their annual scholarship to Melanie McCloy who will attend Princeton University. A recent graduate of Cape Henlopen High School, Melanie is the daughter of Teresa and Dave McCloy.
