Annette Moore joins Moorings at Lewes as executive director
Springpoint announced Annette V. Moore as the new executive director for The Moorings at Lewes, effective July 31. She is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of The Moorings at Lewes campus in Lewes.
With 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Moore has served at a variety of retirement and healthcare communities throughout Ohio, Delaware and Pennsylvania. She has a proven record of success including the following achievements and awards: Delaware Health Care Facilities Association 2015 Administrator of the Year; American College of Health Care Administrators Professional Achievement Award; established Employer of Choice in Delaware for eight consecutive years; and Pathway to Excellence status for skilled nursing communities.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in long-term care administration from Youngstown State University and became a licensed nursing home administrator in 1994. She resides in Middletown with her husband and son.
