Artisans’ Bank Rehoboth branch will be moving
The Rehoboth Beach branch of Artisans’ Bank is planning a move.
According to a public notice in the June 18 edition of the Cape Gazette, the bank has submitted an application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Office of the Delaware State Bank Commissioner to close its existing branch at 19358 Miller Road and to construct a new branch office off Route 24, in the open field between Delaware Eye Institute and the Beebe Healthcare facility. The address will be 17211 Hood Road.
Any person wishing to comment to the FDIC on this application may file comments to Frank R. Hughes, regional director, Division of Risk Management Supervision, FDIC, 350 Fifth Ave., Suite 1200, New York, NY 10118. Any person wishing to comment to the state bank commissioner can file comments with Bank Commissioner Robert Glen, 1110 Forrest Ave., Dover, DE 19904. Comments must be received by the FDIC or state bank commissioner no later than 20 days from the date of the notice’s publication.
The non-confidential portions of the application are available for inspection in the FDIC’s regional office and the State Bank Commissioner’s Office. Photocopies of the non-confidential portions can be made available upon request.
