Beach Pull-up, Chin-up, Push-up & Sit-up Contest, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wilmington Ave. and the Boardwalk, Rehoboth. Event to raise awareness of issues affecting oceans, such as plastic pollution, offshore drilling and sea level rise. Yoga demonstrations, cost is $10, prizes.
