Beebe Healthcare adds three experienced clinicians
Beebe Healthcare recently announced three experienced clinicians have joined the organization.
Megan Bowlin, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a palliative oncology nurse practitioner who works at the hospital and at Beebe Oncology Services. She is passionate about caring for patients who have been diagnosed with advanced and life-threatening diseases, with a focus on symptom and side effect management, education and goals-of-care conversations. Bowlin said she is eager to support patients in ways that boost their physical, mental and spiritual wellness, regardless of prognosis or disease staging. In her day-to-day work, Bowlin strives to enhance quality of life for patients by anticipating, preventing and treating a wide range of physical and mental conditions.
“Beebe Healthcare promotes excellence, compassion and community, and I am excited to make a difference in the lives of patients who are living through difficult circumstances,” said Bowlin. “Having a solid foundation in palliative care oncology as well as family medicine will assist me as I care for patients physically, mentally and spiritually.”
Anastasiia Israel, MSN, RN, ACNPC-AG, CCRN, is a board-certified, acute-care nurse practitioner specializing in management of critically ill adults in the intensive care unit. Working collaboratively within a specialized team to deliver evidence-based treatment and holistic patient support, Israel is committed to providing care that not only addresses the immediate medical needs of her patients but also empowers them and their families through education and advocacy.
“I take great pride in serving at Beebe, where the culture of compassion, excellence and community mirrors my personal and professional values,” said Israel. “During my interview, every interaction showed that all employees here uphold these values. I am excited to be a part of a team that truly cares for their patients and each other.”
Stephen Israel, MSN, AGACNP-BC, is an experienced nurse practitioner specializing in neurology, emergency medicine and acute care. He provides advanced clinical care at Beebe Neurology Lewes to patients ages 13 and older who are hospitalized with a wide range of neurological conditions including migraines, seizure disorders, stroke and other complex or acute neurological issues.
“With a strong commitment to clinical excellence, I combine evidence-based practice with compassionate, patient-centered care to improve outcomes and enhance the overall patient experience,” said Israel. “Beebe is family-oriented, so it was the right choice for me when my family moved to the area.”
