BHHS Gallo welcomes two rental agents to Rehoboth Beach

February 25, 2021

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty recently announced the addition of Liz Finn and Trina Ho to its Rehoboth Beach rental department team.

Although she has been enjoying the local beaches for over 15 years, Liz Finn recently relocated from New Jersey to Rehoboth Beach. She calls Sussex County her happy place.

“Licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and now Delaware, Liz is a seasoned professional, and her transition from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties to BHHS Gallo Realty has been seamless,” said Tricia Ratner, Rehoboth Beach rental manager.

Prior to earning her real estate licenses, Finn attended Rutgers University, majoring in economics, and she worked in the apparel industry for many years. Aside from her enduring love of fashion, Finn said she enjoys art, travel and time spent with her two adopted greyhounds, Doobie and Olive.

Trina Ho was born in Philadelphia and raised in Kent County before finally settling in Lewes. She spent many summers living at the beach, enjoying the restaurants and all the things the beautiful resort has to offer.

Prior to earning her real estate license, Ho graduated from the Academy of Massage and Bodywork, and worked as an aesthetician. Her hobbies include traveling, concert-going, trying new cuisines and enjoying time with her German shepherds, Labrador retriever and Pomeranian.

“Trina is extremely motivated and organized, and employs her meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of her job,” said Ratner. “Vacationing guests and our property owners have already begun to express their appreciation for her communication and follow-up skills.”

Both agents serve the Rehoboth, Dewey and Bethany Beach rental market for vacation and year-round rentals. To contact Liz Finn, email Lizfinn@gotogallo.com. To contact Trina Ho, email Trinaho@gotogallo.com. Both may be reached by phone at 302-227-6554.
