Bishop-Patten engagement announced

Mr. and Mrs. James William "Bill" Bishop of Lewes announce the engagement of their son, James William "Billy" Bishop Jr., to Rebecca McHugh Patten, daughter of John and Donna Marie Patten of New Orleans.
The future groom graduated from Catholic University in Washington, D.C., with a bachelor’s degree, followed by a master’s degree in architecture.
The future bride graduated from Wake Forest University with a bachelor of science degree and a master’s degree in occupational therapy from Medical University of South Carolina.
The couple now lives in Charleston, S.C. A February 2016 wedding is planned.
