Brady joins Brockstedt Mandalas firm as senior counsel
Brockstedt Mandalas Federico LLC announced William P. Brady, formerly of the Brady Law Firm, P.A., has joined the firm as senior counsel.
Brady brings nearly 30 years of experience as a Delaware attorney. His practice focuses on residential and commercial landlord/tenant law, real estate purchase and refinance settlements, representation of homeowners and condominium associations, real property litigation and transactional matters, general civil litigation, and estate planning and probate. He has extensive experience before all Delaware state trial courts, including the Superior Court, Court of Chancery, Court of Common Pleas and Justice of the Peace Courts. He is also admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as before the United States Supreme Court.
Numerous legal awards have recognized Brady’s skill and conduct inside and outside the courtroom, and he has achieved the AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating an attorney can receive for legal ability and ethics.

In addition to his legal practice, Brady is a leader in the Delaware legal community. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, for which he served as president in 2019-20, and as a member of numerous specialty sections. A member of the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court, Brady is a frequent speaker at real estate-related continuing legal education seminars in Delaware.
Born and raised in Wilmington, Brady is a graduate of St. Mark’s High School, Goldey-Beacom College and Widener University School of Law.
