Bras for a Cause fundraiser set Sept. 21

The Women’s Council of Realtors, Sussex County, will present the 11th annual Bras for a Cause fundraiser to benefit the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition and Beebe Medical Foundation for the Center for Breast Health, at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 21, at Ivy in Dewey Beach.
This year’s theme is Superheroes – Save the Tatas. Money is raised at a live auction. Local businesses enter a decorated and themed bra to be auctioned. Bras are worn by models, traditionally male, but female models are also welcome. Attendees bid on their favorite bras as the models walk the runway.
Heavy appetizers will be served and a cash bar will be available. To purchase tickets in advance for $35, go to wcrbrasforacause.com or pay $40 at the door.
