January 19, 2021

The Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition’s 23rd Annual Breast Cancer Update will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 10, via Zoom.

The breast cancer update will again be offered as an educational conference free to the public, but advance registration is required.

A panel of leading medical breast cancer experts will discuss the latest developments in treatment and care for breast cancer patients, survivors and their families, physicians, nurses, students and allied health professionals. Nationally renowned speakers in the breast cancer field will educate the community about the innovative research, treatment, and programs available in Delaware.

Certificates of attendance documenting four contact hours and four continuing education units will be available to nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.

Focused on the latest trends in breast cancer diagnosis and treatment, the breast cancer update has grown into an annual educational conference with more than 430 attendees. It is the organizers’ goal to offer programming that empowers community members in the fight against breast cancer.
