Brian Fuller remains unbeaten in Dewey races

Brian Fuller, 39, of Mechanicsburg, Pa., was the overall winner at the 23rd running of the Penn State College Day 5K.  

The three Fuller brothers are married to fast runners. Brian crossed the finish in 15:57, while Kevin, 37, ran 16:59 for third and Mark, 34, clocked a time of 17:59 for fifth place.

Mary Dell Fuller, married to Kevin, was first woman in 18:24. Emily Fuller (19:36) and Katie Fuller (21:03) placed in the top 18 and won their age groups. 

The next Races2Run event at the beach is the Watermel Run at American Legion Post 17 in Lewes Sunday, Aug. 3.

Mary Dell Fuller was inducted into the Shippensburg Athletics Hall of fame in 2020. She finished her collegiate career as a nine-time NCAA All-American, a seven-time Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference champion and an NCAA national champion who contributed four all-time conference records during her tenure. She married Kevin in 2017, and the couple are the parents of David, born in 2019. The family also has a dog, Simon.
