Broadwalk donations net $3,000 for breast cancer coalition

CAMP Rehoboth’s 13th Annual Broadwalk on the Boardwalk went off like clockwork April 30 despite the rain.

In fact, the rain stopped for the walk and resumed when all the participants returned from the south end of the boards.

As part of Women’s Fest 2023, CAMP Rehoboth held the walk in partnership with the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition. The crowd was a little smaller than normal because of the weather, but those who did show up were happy to support the cause.

The walk and associated activities share resources and information, commemorate those lost to cancer, celebrate thriving survivors, and provide breast health awareness and education. CAMP Rehoboth presented $3,017 to the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition from donations at the event.
