Browseabout offering curbside-pickup graduate baskets

May 17, 2020

As a result of Gov. John Carney’s recent announcement allowing small businesses to resume limited services, Browseabout Books is offering curbside pickup everyday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

“We’re thrilled to be able to offer curbside service,” said Susan Kehoe, managing partner of the store. In addition to online orders, Browseabout continues to fulfill orders for books, cards, toys, and gift items over the phone. “It’s a little surreal, but our customers have been great about explaining what they are looking for. Our employees come up with several choices and then work with customers to finalize decisions,” said Kehoe.

Because Easter and Mother’s Day gift baskets were such a success, Browseabout has already put together a variety of graduation gift baskets geared toward high school and college graduates. “We have a variety of inspirational, practical and fun gifts that celebrate this milestone,” Kehoe said. The baskets range in price and size and can be customized.

Purchases can be shipped for a flat rate of $5, delivered locally within a 10-mile radius for free, or picked up curbside.
