Members of the New Hope Canoe Club Ministry Atlantic make their way up the Lewes-Rehoboth Canal on a blustery spring day in Lewes.
Their Hawaiian outrigger canoe was recently repainted in brighter colors to stand out on the water.
The club will be holding orientation days in May for anyone who would like to learn how to paddle.
They are also planning a canoe race to be based out of the Lewes Yacht Club, for Saturday, Oct. 17.
