Cape Gazette visits Santa Barbara's Bicentennial Friendship Fountain
February 25, 2023
Cape Gazette readers Errol and Chris Gambler of Lewes recently visited their son, Chris and his wife Annie in Carpinteria, California. Legend claims that the dolphin is cousin to Santa Barbara's early Chumash Indians and signifies good luck.
