Christian Hudson joins Community Bank Delaware board

Community Bank Delaware has announced the appointment of Christian Hudson to its board of directors.

With an extensive background in board leadership along with his history within the financial sector, Hudson brings a wealth of experience and governance to the bank.

Pires Jr., board chair and CEO of Community Bank Delaware. “He has a proven track record in finances, risk management and regulatory compliance and we are confident that his expertise will be instrumental in driving Community Bank Delaware forward.”

Prior to joining Community Bank Delaware’s board, Hudson held key positions at Beebe Medical Foundation and Delmarva Christian High School, where he spearheaded initiatives strengthening board governance standards and capital fundraising. His commitment to the community and customer-focused strategies aligns perfectly with Community Bank Delaware’s mission to provide exceptional service and financial solutions to its clients.

Hudson is a managing partner for Hudson Management in Milton. Having grown up in Sussex County, he and his wife Julie share deep roots in the community they call home. Together, they have raised four children and remain actively involved in local initiatives. Through both his professional and personal endeavors, Hudson continues to make a meaningful impact in the region.
