Classic Stones Live to kick off Rocking The Docks June 12

Rocking The Docks concerts will kick off the season with Classic Stones Live, a Rolling Stones tribute band, at 6 p.m., Wednesday, June 12, at the Lewes ferry terminal grounds on Cape Henlopen Drive.

Cris Jacobs will offer a blend of rock, folk and blues in his performance at 6 p.m., Thursday, June 13. 

Event organizer Matt VanBelle said, ”Our team has been hard at work to make sure we continue to deliver a world-class music experience in such a beautiful scenic space right on the water.”

New this year is a dedicated food truck schedule rotating every show throughout the summer, along with a vendor market. “We wanted to continue to weave the local small businesses into the fabric of our events,” said VanBelle. ”Look for local vendors like Mojave Salt, Surf Lotus and Jenny Leigh Boutique.”

Making its return is Dewey Beach Picnic Co.‘s VIP tent with upgrades to stage viewing and other amenities. VIP ticket holders have early access at 5 p.m. to a private bar under the shady tent.
