The Coffee House opens on Rehoboth Avenue

The Coffee House celebrated its official opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony in conjunction with the Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce July 22. The new location on Rehoboth Avenue, one block from the beach, features an upscale coffee bar with a full menu of café drinks and bakery items supplied by The Point.

Schell Brothers partnered with the local restaurant to create a unique café experience in the new home gallery. While enjoying a gourmet cup of coffee, visitors can learn more about the communities and home designs offered by Schell Brothers and its affiliated companies.

Inspired by real estate galleries and cafés in other resort destinations, the team at Schell has wanted to open a new home gallery in the heart of Rehoboth Beach. When the ocean block location became available, they jumped on the opportunity to remodel the space, opening July 2 for the 2014 summer season.

In true Schell fashion, the team raised the bar on the coffee house and new home sales center concept, transforming the space into an extraordinary experience. On any given day, one will find the Coffee House full of locals and beach visitors enjoying their coffee, reading the newspaper and chatting with the Schell Brothers team.

The unique environment immediately attracts the attention of visitors with a stunning kitchen positioned on the ceiling. Along with the upside-down kitchen, premium coffee, delicious pastries, home designs and eye-catching photography, visitors are able to experience Schell Brothers’ newest floor plans using new technology to virtually tour their 3D model homes.
