Coldwell Banker among top Mid-Atlantic companies

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recently reported that it ranked as a top company in sales volume and transaction sides among Mid-Atlantic real estate companies in 2011, as listed in this year's REAL Trends 500 report.

The REAL Trends 500 is an annual research report that identifies the country’s largest and most successful residential real estate brokerage firms as ranked by closed transaction sides and separately by closed sales volume.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage accounted for nearly $5.2 billion in closed sales volume, which places it at No. 2 in the Greater Baltimore and Washington, D.C. areas, and the company closed 13,300 transaction sides in 2010, also putting it at No. 2 in the region.
