Debbie Reed Team welcomes Realtor Brooke Martin

The Debbie Reed Team of RE/MAX Realty Group has added Realtor Brooke Martin as a buyers agent for the Rehoboth Beach-based real estate team.

With a background in vacation rentals throughout the Delaware beaches, Martin joined the team in 2025. As a coastal real estate agent, Martin said she considers how clients plan to use and enjoy a beach home, and what makes a property stand out. She knows attention to details can make all the difference in a smooth transaction.

Often described by clients as easy to talk to, thoughtful and thorough, Martin said she prides herself on building lasting relationships and guiding buyers through the process with care.

Outside of real estate, Martin enjoys staying active, traveling and spending time on the boat and at the beach with friends, her husband Bailey, and their dog Phoebe.
