Dedicated Financial adds signage as new facility nears completion

October 20, 2025

Dedicated Financial recently announced that its new office and community event space at 18422 Coastal Hwy. is entering the final stages of construction.

Anticipated to welcome visitors by the end of the year, the new location will officially celebrate with a ribbon cutting and community launch in January.

“This project has been in motion for more than a year, and seeing the signage go up makes it all feel real,” said Len Hayduchok, CFP, CEO of Dedicated Financial. “Our goal is to provide more than financial planning — we want this to be a warm, inclusive space where retirees and local organizations can connect, learn and thrive together.”

The new office will serve a dual purpose, offering professional services whereby Dedicated Financial clients will meet with their advisors in a modern, welcoming space designed for clarity and comfort. Also, the new space will foster community engagement by hosting educational workshops, fun social events, and programs in partnership with local organizations and nonprofits, strengthening connections within the Sussex County retirement community. Community groups are encouraged to reach out about hosting events beginning in early 2026.

The project represents a strong collaboration among local partners Reed Development Group, Fisher Architecture and Warfel Construction. Together, they have brought to life a versatile venue with thoughtful, people-centered design.

“We’ve intentionally built with community in mind — spaces that feel warm and welcoming, ready for gatherings that enrich local life,” said Hayduchok. “We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back in this way and look forward to opening the doors soon.”
