Eight Cape seniors committed to playing their respective sports at the collegiate level during a spring signing ceremony May 7.
Jaxon Clampitt will play baseball at Florida Institute of Technology, while teammate Brad Marks will attend George Washington University.
Signing to play football at the next level were Zane Coulbourne, Albright College; DJ Schulze, Salisbury University; and GT Curtis, Salisbury University.
Playing softball next spring will be Hayden Hudson, Catholic University, and Eden Frederick, Furman University.
Korie Glenn committed to play lacrosse at Bridgewater College.
