Last week, Terry Gardner of Lewes grabbed her beach chair and the latest edition of the Cape Gazette, and headed for the beach.
It was a perfect day, a toes in the sand kinda day. The bay was calm and the winds were still; nothing like the havoc Isaias created the day before. Isaisas passed through the region fiercel, causing the trees to uproot and the powerlines to fall.
It’s amazing what a difference a day can make!
