Federal Street to close Dec. 29

A section of Federal Street in Milton will be closed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 29, in order for Beracah Homes to move a house to an empty lot.

The street will be closed between Wharton and New streets, with only local traffic able to access the area between Wharton and Sand streets, and Church and New streets. Sand Street to Church Street will be completely closed with no through traffic access. Detour signs have been placed around town to direct cars around the home site.
