First State Dance Academy helps train Olympic hopefuls

Local dance studio director Michele Xiques of First State Dance Academy was invited to train ice skaters at the University of Delaware's Fred Rust Ice Arena by Philip Dulebohn, an American pairs skater who won the gold medal at the 2003 U.S. Figure Skating Championships. Xiques was assisted by FSDA students Katie Fields of Seaford, Owen Lawson of Milton and Taylor Hogan of Milford in the weeklong ice skating camp in Newark.
