Gallo Realty welcomes Iorii to Lewes Rental Department

The management, agents, and staff of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty welcome rental agent Margaret A. Iorii to its Lewes Rental Department.

Gallagher expanded her department following a busy, successful rental season. "It's been a great summer," she said. "We have more homes to rent and more guests to match with homes. Guests want both full weeks and long weekends. Right now, in the early autumn, we are accommodating guests for events such as weddings. In addition, we have more year-round rentals than ever. So we no longer have downtime in the annual cycle. Between strong shoulder months, a summer at full capacity, and year-round rentals, we needed help."

"I've been busy from my first day," Iorii said. "We have repeat guests planning trips for next year; we have listing agreements for next year flooding in, and we have many check-ins for the beautiful autumn weather."

Iorii, who had a long career in finance, moved to the beach and earned her realtor license. "This is a perfect fit for me," she said. "I love the quick pace, and it's exciting to help people plan their vacations. I'm happy to be part of a busy, successful group!"

Iorii enjoys being involved with her community and is a member of the Rehoboth Beach Sunrise Rotary and a volunteer for Meals on Wheels.
