Groves Adult High School students work hard toward success

The dedicated adult learners at James H. Groves Adult High School have been hard at their studies. The Sussex Technical School District operates the high school for about 220 adults in Sussex County each year, with classes taught at eight sites around the county.
Sussex Technical School District Superintendent Stephen Guthrie paid a visit recently to a few students at Groves’ evening site at Cape Henlopen High School, speaking with students and instructor Cheryl Martin.
Groves students work to complete their high school diploma at their own pace, depending on their individual needs. Last spring, 37 Sussex students graduated from James H. Groves Adult High School. To enroll or get more information, call 302-856-9035.
