Halpern Eye Care breaks ground for new office location

Representatives from the Greater Milford Chamber of Commerce and state legislators joined Dr. Joel Halpern and Dr. Ryan Halpern, staff members, family and friends in a groundbreaking ceremony for Halpern Eye Care at its new location, 1197 Airport Road next to the Milford Walmart.
