Harvard Business Services names management team
Michael Bell, the new president of Lewes-based Harvard Business Services Inc., recently announced his management team. HBS specializes in business formation and is a Delaware registered agent.

We have a great group here with a total of more than 80 years’ experience in helping lawyers, accounts and entrepreneurs form and maintain Delaware companies,” said Bell.
Amy Fountain has been with Harvard for 20 years. Her new title is vice president of billing.
Brett Melson has been with Harvard for 19 years. His new title is vice president of sales.
Alex Oliveras has been with Harvard for 16 years. His new title is vice president of mailing operations.
Heather Manerchia has been with Harvard for 14 years. Her new title is vice president of business filings.
Amy Lewis has been with Harvard for 11 years. Her new title is vice president of finance.
Alex MacLean has been with Harvard for two years. His new title is vice president of information technology and software development.
Michael Kupfer came to Harvard in July 2018. He will take over Bell’s former role as director of marketing.
