Henlopen Soccer Club Summer League Week 2 results

The Henlopen Soccer Club High School Summer League continued June 21 at Sandhill Fields in Georgetown. Sussex Central moved to 2-0 with a 3-0 win over Woodbridge. Central sits alone atop the standings. Seaford, Cape’s Surf Bagel team and Cape’s MR Design team are all at 1-0-1. Seaford and Surf Bagel tied 3-3 in the second week, while MR Design topped Sussex Tech 1 5-2. Cape’s Thompson Island squad defeated Sussex Tech 2 1-0. Play continues every Tuesday through July 26. Playoffs begin Tuesday, Aug. 6.
