Homewatch Concierge maintains accreditation

For the seventh year, Homewatch Concierge has earned Accredited Member status from the National Home Watch Association. In order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for home watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada, the NHWA was formed in 2009. Home watch is a professional service that keeps an eye on things at a vacation or primary home while the client is not in residence.

Co-owner Tjark Bateman joined Homewatch Concierge in April 2014 with 25 years of customer service experience working in his family businesses in Lewes and Georgetown. He is also a Realtor in Rehoboth Beach. Bateman was born and raised in Sussex County.

He is a founding board member of Community Bank Delaware. He supports local and national groups like Rehoboth Beach Historical Society & Museum, Rehoboth Art League, Children's Beach House, Wings of Hope, and Jimmy V Foundation, to name a few. Bateman is a past member of the Rehoboth Beach Planning Commission and the Delaware Environmental Appeals Board. He is lives in Rehoboth Beach with his wife and daughter.

Co-owner JB Moore joined Homewatch Concierge in May 2016; he has over 15 years of hospitality experience. Along with his expertise in hospitality, Moore maintains an active real estate license. Prior to Homewatch Concierge, he served as a manager for several different local hotels. He sits on the board of directors for Coastal Properties, a hotel management company. Moore was born and raised in Rehoboth Beach and feels proud and lucky to live in such a beautiful beach community. He is a graduate of Elon University, and he resides in Rehoboth Beach with his wife and five children.
