Jennifer L. Morris, avid Philly fan

Jennifer L. Morris, 39 of Millsboro, formerly of Northeast Philadelphia, Pa., passed away as the result of an automobile accident Saturday, Sept. 26, 2015.

Jenn was born in Bristol, Pa., June 18, 1976 and was a graduate of Sterling High School Class of 1994 in Somerdale, N.J. Jenn has been employed with Wawa for eight-plus years working in several stores in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware. She currently was the assistant general manager at the Wawa in Delmar.

Jenn was an avid Philly fan and enjoyed watching the Eagles, Phillies and Flyers. She loved going to the beach, fishing, gardening, cooking and having family BBQs and bonfires. Jenn was a loving person and a wonderful mother. She was greatly loved by her sons and mother.

She is survived by her two sons, Zachary Morris and Robbie Morris, both of Millsboro; her mother, Nancy Pope of Millsboro; her father, Gary Pope of Langhorne, Pa.; two brothers, Keith Lennox and his fiancée Katrina Brown of Millsboro, and Chris Lennox and his wife Genna of Frederica; and her maternal grandmother, Mary Gregory of Tremont, Pa. Jenn is also survived by her loving fiancé, Kenneth Damron of Millsboro, and his children, Kaylee Damron, Rachel Damron, Emily Damron and Josh Whitehead, all of Delaware; two half-sisters, Katie Pope of West Hills, Calif., and Kelly Pope of Trevose, Pa.; a half-brother, Lester Pope and his wife Melissa of Bensalem, Pa.; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and her family at Wawa.

A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Friday, Oct. 2, at the Long Neck Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 32013 Long Neck Road, Millsboro. The funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
