Rehoboth resident Kay Becque got a Thanksgiving Day surprise this year when President-elect Joe Biden stopped for a quick chat while walking his dog Champ. Biden owns a home in the North Shores community just north of Rehoboth Beach. He was in town for the long Thanksgiving Day weekend.
