Joyce Linder celebrates five years with Barrows and Associates

Joyce Linder, settlement coordinator and executive assistant, started working with Barrows & Associates five years ago in October.

Jenn Barrows, co-owner of Barrows and Associates, said, “Her background was in the medical field, and what drew us to her was her positive, can-do attitude and fine attention to detail.”

Linder works with clients from the time they sign a contract to settlement and beyond. She brings together all the details with inspectors, contractors, attorneys and all of the partners to make clients’ experience as simple and stress-free as possible.

She also works with sellers to ensure all documents are complete on the front end, and she works behind the scenes with Marketing Director Christina Harvey to assist in bringing new listings to market.

“Joyce is always offering to jump in and help our team members in every way possible. She is the glue that keeps our team together, and everyone just loves her so much. We couldn’t continue to be 80 percent-plus referral-based without Joyce and her customer service,” said Jenn Barrows.
