Live events continue at Milton Theatre June 18-21
Live events at the historic Milton Theatre this week include stand-up comedian Julia Scotti, Broadway star Eric Anthony Lopez, and Rehoboth’s drag royalty Mona Lotts.
Julia Scotti will perform her stand-up comedy show at 8 p.m., Friday, June 18. She is a nationally headlining comedian, former teacher, author, speaker and woman of transgendered experience. She was a quarter-finalist and fan favorite on season 11 of “America’s Got Talent” on NBC in 2016.
Eric Anthony Lopez will perform at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, June 19. Lopez is currently making history as the youngest actor ever to play the role of Ubaldo Piangi, the leading opera tenor in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s “The Phantom of the Opera” musical worldwide franchise. He covers the leading tenor role, with his regular role of Passarino eight times a week.
Stonewall to Now: A Special Evening of Drag is set for 8 p.m., Sunday, June 20. The night of comedy will include costumes, glamour and fun with hostess Mona Lotts and her cast of world-class female impersonators from Delmarva, Kristina Kelly, Fancie P. Charmington and Roxy Overbrooke.
