Loyal Cape Gazette readers Jane and Ken Ludwig of Lewes spent the winter being “snow birds” in Venice, Florida. Jane retired in December giving the Ludwigs a great opportunity to head south for the winter. Their adventure included traveling in a 30’ travel trailer that they towed. “It was great having the Gazette delivered to us so we could stay current with the Sussex County life,” said Ken. “We were gone for about 4 months and loved it. While in Florida we took in many sites on the west coast including Clearwater, Sanibel Island and St. Pete Beach.”
