Local Knights of Columbus reach blood drive milestone

Knights of Columbus Star of the Sea Council 7297 members recently received a certificate of appreciation from the American Red Cross for achieving a major milestone.

During an April 24 blood drive, the Knights organization, based at St. Edmond Church in Rehoboth Beach, tallied the 1,000th unit of blood donated since it began hosting Red Cross blood drives in October 2020.
