Mendocino West at the Vineyards begins development
Fernmoor Homes and their partners gathered Aug. 28 at the future site of the four-story Mendocino West condominium development to celebrate another addition to the Vineyards community.
“We are so proud of how far we have come in the past 10 years, not just the progress that’s been made developing the area with beautiful single-family homes, luxury apartments and retail spaces to this stunning property, but to help address the increased demand of home buyers in Southern Delaware by offering a diverse and well-rounded community to call home,” said Fernmoor Homes founder and President Jeffrey Fernbach, who said his company has been recognized for excellence by Shore Builders League of New Jersey, t New Jersey Builders Association, the Home Builders Association of Delaware and the National Builders Association,
The new condominiums at Mendocino West will start at $205,900, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an optional den in some units. These condos will boast premium features such as granite counter tops, ceramic tile, walk-in closets, balconies, stainless steel appliances throughout, central air and natural gas, with infrastructure in place for sewer, water, gas, and other utilities.
