The Greater Millsboro Chamber of Commerce joined Indian River Contracting LLC on Pepper Vine Point in Dagsboro for a ribbon cutting.
Brian Garancheski, Indian River Contracting owner, and his daughter Shana, along with homeowners Barbara and Drew Sunderland, welcomed chamber members.
Garancheski and his wife Kathy started their business in Millsboro six years ago as general contractors for stick-built custom homes and renovations.
