Milton Lions Club donates to Camp Abilities Delaware

At its April meeting, the Milton Lions Club hosted guest speaker Shawn Musgrove from Camp Abilities Delaware.
The educational sports camp is for children ages 5-17 who are blind or have low vision. It offers an overnight camp experience that introduces children to a variety of sports, including cross-country running, orienteering, swimming, field events, golf, blind soccer, field hockey, lacrosse, beep baseball, rugby, football, volleyball and tennis. The purpose is to help the children become physically active, improve overall health and develop their self-confidence.
The Milton Lions presented a donation to Camp Abilities.
