Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Thompson of Milford are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Miranda L. Smith of Milford, to Brandon M. Krauss of Georgetown, son of Mrs. Karen Krauss and the late Mr. Paul Krauss of Georgetown.
The bride-to-be, also the daughter of the late Richard Smith Jr., is a 2008 graduate of Sussex Technical High School and a 2013 graduate of Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, Pa. She is employed as an ultrasound technologist by Nanticoke Health Services.
The groom-elect is a 2007 graduate of Sussex Technical High School and a 2013 graduate of Thomas Jefferson University. He is employed as an echocardiographer by Beebe Healthcare.
A Saturday, June 7, 2014 wedding is planned.
