Mispillion Art League 6X6 fundraiser bidding open thru Dec. 12
This holiday season, Mispillion Art League will host its annual 6x6 Silent Auction Fundraiser.
Mispillion Art League artists have generously donated dozens of mini masterpieces, each measuring 6-by-6-inches. The collection is a mix of traditional landscapes, imaginative abstracts, flora, fauna and more. Most are acrylic and oil paintings, while many are sculptural works in mixed media and ceramics. All artworks are completely original.
Visitors can view the artwork and bid anytime during the MAL gallery open hours, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, beginning Tuesday, Dec. 2. Bidding starts at $25. The auction concludes with a reception at 6 p.m., Friday, Dec. 12, where bidding closes at 7:30 p.m. All are invited for an evening of art at 5 N. Walnut St. in downtown Milford.
Proceeds raised from the event will help Mispillion Art League continue to offer creative opportunities through classes, exhibits, outreach programs and free community events. Learn more at MispillionArts.org.
