JLAM moves ahead with new project near Lincoln

Jack Lingo Asset Management has officially closed on the development site for Pinevale, a 154-unit park model home community in Lincoln.

Built on the site of a former campground, Pinevale transforms underused land into an inviting residential neighborhood that blends comfort, connection and long-term stability at an accessible price point.

As rising housing costs continue to challenge working families, retirees and first-time buyers across the region, JLAM offers Pinevale as a practical alternative rooted in Delaware tradition: modern, right-sized homes supported by a predictable land-lease framework.

Residents will enjoy quality finishes, outdoor living spaces and wooded surroundings. Amenities will include a clubhouse, pool, walking paths and community programming.

Located minutes from Route 1 and within easy reach of Milford, Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, Pinevale brings together convenience and a grounded sense of place.
