The Overfalls Foundation awarded its 2018 maritime studies scholarship to Cape Henlopen High School graduate James Harrod. He has volunteered for various organizations promoting preservation of the beaches and marine environment. Harrod plans to study marine biology at Virginia Wesleyan University.
