The Cape Region was spared snow from a powerful storm that hit the area dumping more than 7 inches of snow in parts of northern Delaware. The storm produced rain and winds with gusts over 50 mph along the coast. A coastal flood advisory is in effect until midnight on Friday, Feb. 14.
