October 23, 2023

The Rehoboth Beach Film Society recently added its 23rd film title to this year’s Rehoboth Beach Independent Film Festival program. The festival will close Sunday, Nov. 12, with a 6 p.m. premiere of a pilot episode of the docuseries, “Twitty & Lynn: Together Again,” which brings to life the fabulous country music duo Conway Twitty and Loretta Lynn through the imagery and voices of two of their grandchildren.

”Twitty & Lynn: Together Again” is a heartwarming and melodious documentary series that takes viewers on an unforgettable journey with Tayla Lynn, the granddaughter of country music icon Loretta Lynn, and Tre Twitty, the grandson of legendary country music artist Conway Twitty.

The series captures the remarkable story of how these two individuals, united by their shared legacy, come together to create a touring musical duo known as Twitty & Lynn. As they gain momentum and popularity following a pivotal appearance on the legendary Grand Ole Opry stage, the series follows their journey through bigger shows and a rapidly expanding tour schedule.

Film festival tickets are on sale now. Ticketholders will experience an intimate post-Q&A discussion with Twitty, Lynn and the directors, along with a few other surprises. The five-day film festival will host a closing Twitty & Lynn reception immediately following the Q&A in the CAT lobby.
