Robert Charles Vincent Sr., devoted to family

Robert Charles Vincent Sr., 68, of Rehoboth Beach passed away Monday, Sept. 28, 2020, at Seasons Hospice Center & Palliative Care of Delaware in Newark.  He was born June 27, 1952, in Chestertown, Md., son of the late William and Helen Brooks Vincent.

Mr. Vincent had worked for many years in the industrial chemical industry.                

He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. As a devoted husband, father and grandfather, he could always be found spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years,  Ava Sarah Vincent; his son, Charlie Vincent  (Brian Boyles) of Sudlersville, Md., and his daughter, Kate Stanley (Chad) of Preston, Md.;  two grandchildren, Zachary Stanley and Ella Stanley; and two sisters, Peggy Osborn of Chestertown and Patricia Rispoli of Virginia Beach, Va.

All services will be private. Arrangements are being handled by Parsell Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Hwy., Lewes.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Mr. Vincent's memory to the Delaware Humane Association, 701 A St., Wilmington, DE 19801.
