Rose Marie Taliaferro, cherished by family

Rose Andell Taliaferro (Deusa), 77, passed away Thursday, Aug. 20, 2020, at Silver Lake Center in Dover.

Rose was born April 20, 1943, in Marydel, Md., the daughter of the late Joseph and Violet (Richards) Deusa.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son Robert Andell; brothers Joseph and Fred Deusa; sisters Filomena and Theresa Deusa; nephews Edward and Paul Deusa; nieces Joy and Sally Ann Deusa, Margaret (Peggy) Nearhos and Letitia Aurillo.

Rose leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Alfred Taliaferro; her son Kevin Andell; three stepchildren, Bobbie Jo, Heather and Joey; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Alexander Deusa and Thomas Deusa;  one sister, Margaret Owen; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She will be greatly missed by those left behind. Her warmth, caring and love of people will remain with us. Rose was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church in Marydel.
