Sea Witch Festival continues with Best Costumed Dog Parade

In what can be considered the closing event of the weekend of ghouls and goblins dancing around town for Sea Witch are man's best friends and their families parading down the boards in Rehoboth. BY DENY HOWETH
The Best Costumed Dog Parade began at the north end of the boardwalk and traveled the entire length of the boards in Rehoboth Oct. 25 with hundreds of costumed dogs and friends.
